EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Hunters Stationery Centre will be fully customized stationery outlet. It will provide some useful and needy
stationary material like, copies, pages, register, stationery material, study material, magazines, specialized paper,
preprinted invitations, greeting cards, pens, Inkjet Cartridges, HP, EPSON, Canon, Brother, Samsung
(color/black) Laser Printer, Toner Cartridges, Inkjet Cartridge Refilling and Ink Toner Refilling, Office Stamps
and other miscellaneous stationery items and small office supplies. The business will have the ability to
specialize, order any type of stationery on behalf of customers including custom printed letterhead paper and
business cards, other than that we will provide color and ordinary printing facility to our customers at reasonable
price, we will also provide scanning facility and most important photo copy facility will be provided to our
customers.
Our focus is to position ourselves as the top retail stationery Centre servicing this particular market. Our
intentions are to obtain 80% market share and become a central hub for providing the entire stationery items to the
mass population.
The Hunters Stationery Centre will be located at Magoye Township, Main Market along the road. The Hunters
Stationery Centre will centralize itself directly in position to the residential location. We believe that this is
critical to our initial success and long-term growth.
The Hunters Stationery Centre is a sole proprietorship running by a student of Business Studies, he is studying
Economics and Finance so he has a background related to this field. The Hunters Stationery Centre will focus to
provide a quality product to their customers and fulfill their needs on reasonable prices. Our prime focus will be
the availability of product in time.
The Hunters Stationery Centre will be located at Magoye Township, Main Market on the main road side so it will
attract the eyes of mostly people. The area is full of schools. There are mostly primary and secondary schools near
to our Stationery Centre. So our target will be providing the children’s some basic stationery material like pencils,
rubber, copies and we will give some free stickers, candies and some other little things to our little customers just
for attracting their mind to our Stationery Centre. We will also keep the new and according to the syllabus books
for the school and private colleges on special student discount package.
Our basic strength will be that there is no other book or Stationery Centre near to us. People from the area have to
go far for the books and some basic things so this will be our main strength and we use it well for attracting our
new and potential customers.
